Salary: $110,617 – $160,396

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SCADA Commissioning Technicians.
• Coordinate technician schedules, site travel, and task assignments across multiple projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Commissioning team and Engineering groups.
• Facilitate team discussions to standardize best practices and capture lessons learned.
• Review SCADA design packages, including communication architectures, points lists, and control diagrams.
• Ensure timely feedback loops with Engineers of Record to resolve design discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in SCADA systems design, commissioning, or troubleshooting in utility-scale renewable energy.
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required (up to 50%).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
