Salary: $155,000 – $180,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Act as the technical lead during the sales cycle to map client needs to hirify.global’s solutions.
• Lead discovery, technical workshops, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) design in collaboration with Sales and Data Science.
• Deliver product demonstrations and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Data Science teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client goals.
• Provide domain expertise in identity verification, fraud risk, and compliance for regulated industries.
• Influence product development by sharing market feedback and contributing to thought leadership through whitepapers and webinars.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in professional services, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proven success in supporting enterprise SaaS sales, particularly with data-driven or ML-enabled platforms.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, cloud-based platforms, RDBMS, and ML/DS concepts.
• Expertise in risk, fraud, or compliance domains within financial services, fintech, gaming, or wireless.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, BSA, and USA PATRIOT Act.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA.
