What you will do

  • Evangelize and sell the hirify.global Platform to enterprise accounts in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking to drive initial adoption and expansion.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders across Business and Technology sectors.
  • Research and shape solution opportunities by collaborating with internal account managers, pre-sales architects, and domain experts.
  • Articulate the business value of the hirify.global Platform to help clients optimize customer journeys at scale.
  • Manage sales activities to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven senior-level experience managing strategic relationships with executives at large financial institutions.
  • Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar SaaS deals.
  • Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to maintain close client partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent commercial experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience applying technologies such as machine learning, AI, and decision management.
  • 3 or more years of sales or senior pre-sales experience selling enterprise software to the banking industry.
