What you will do

• Lead finance operations for selected entities, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial controls, audit support, and statutory compliance.
• Partner with leadership by providing financial insight, commercial analysis, and decision support.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives, analyse revenue drivers and customer profitability, and improve operating margins.
• Build financial models, business cases, scenario plans, and investment analyses for strategic decisions.
• Develop KPI dashboards and performance reporting frameworks for data-driven management decisions.
• Lead finance and cross-functional projects involving process automation, systems improvements, and reporting upgrades.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, commercial finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in iGaming, online gaming, fintech, payments, or another highly transactional industry.
• Strong commercial understanding, analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of business intelligence, data analytics, and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, and modern finance technology.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with international and multi-entity businesses, strong communication, project management, and organisational skills.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
