What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product and business strategy for FUTBIN.
• Own the full P&L, setting revenue targets and managing costs to drive profitable growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, design, content, and marketing.
• Drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization across web and mobile platforms.
• Optimize revenue streams including advertising, subscriptions, and affiliate partnerships.
• Oversee roadmap prioritization and enhance platform features like player databases and analytics.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in product leadership, digital media, gaming, or sports tech.
• Proven P&L ownership experience and a track record of driving margin improvement.
• Experience growing revenue through diversified monetization models (ads, subscriptions, etc.).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments.
• Deep understanding of data analytics, experimentation, and KPI-driven development.
• Strong understanding of the football gaming ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Experience in esports, fantasy sports, or gaming communities.
• Familiarity with EA SPORTS FC / Ultimate Team.
• Knowledge of SEO and community-led growth strategies.
