What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Puzzle division, aligning priorities with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners to foster high performance.
• Drive execution throughout the full game lifecycle, from soft launch to live operations.
• Utilize data and experiments to optimize progression, difficulty, retention, and monetization.
• Partner closely with UA, Marketing, Data, Design, and Tech teams to ensure profitability and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of launching and scaling mobile titles.
• Deep expertise in mobile Puzzle games, including progression systems, level performance, and live events.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership experience in managing PMs/POs and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
