What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and performance for the Employer of Record platform.
- Lead and scale multiple Product Managers, setting high standards for discovery and execution.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps and scalable execution plans.
- Drive prioritization across competing initiatives including regulatory requirements and technical debt.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Legal, and Finance.
- Represent the product domain at the executive level to communicate strategy and impact.
Requirements
- Must be based in Spain
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong experience in HR tech, EoR, payroll, or complex B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to define product vision tied to business and customer outcomes.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-team product organizations in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for executive-level influence.
