What you will do

• Develop and articulate product strategies aligned with business goals and market potential.
• Analyze Western and Eastern user behavior to derive insights and translate them into product features.
• Guide internal game teams on commercial viability and monetization strategies during the meta game design phase.
• Set and monitor Beta, Soft Launch, and Launch KPIs.
• Conduct competitive analysis and business intelligence to inform product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with research teams to translate product requirements into implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product strategy or development-related projects on F2P titles in live operations.
• Strong quantitative skills and expertise in modeling P&L from product KPIs.
• Deep understanding of Western and Chinese gaming market variances.
• Proven track record in influencing product strategy with game development teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in user research and competitive analysis.
• CV must be submitted in English.
