What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for one of the most significant revenue-driving products.
• Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities across diverse customer segments.
• Collaborate with Credit, Data, and Engineering teams to optimize performance and profitability.
• Navigate complex trade-offs between growth, risk, and customer outcomes.
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers to deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Champion simple, transparent, and delightful customer experiences.

Requirements

• Strong commercial instinct with experience in trade-offs, economics, and outcomes.
• Proven experience in lending, credit cards, or adjacent borrowing products.
• Ability to engage deeply with Credit and Data partners in complex environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills across technical and governance stakeholders.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UK.
