What you will do

• Set a bold, customer-centric, commercially grounded product strategy and long-term vision for Business Banking.
• Build a roadmap from customer insight, market trends, and commercial priorities to deliver measurable business impact.
• Drive innovation and differentiation by challenging conventions and enabling teams to create category-defining experiences.
• Use data to understand customer behavior and product performance, partnering with data scientists on metrics and experiments.
• Create an execution engine with extreme clarity on priorities, strong processes, blocker removal, and sustained team momentum.
• Lead multiple product teams: hire, coach, and develop product managers and improve organizational structures.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading high-performing product teams at a fast-growing consumer tech company.
• Strong product leadership experience building engaging, high-impact customer experiences for large audiences.
• Data-driven and commercial mindset, with experience collaborating with data scientists on metrics, experiments, and business outcomes.
• Ability to systematically break down and solve complex problems in ambiguous situations.
• Experience managing and coaching product managers, providing clear and constructive feedback.
• Ability to work effectively across engineering, design, data, user research, marketing, legal, and compliance.
