What you will do

• Co-lead holistic client strategies to identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth for UHNW and family office relationships.
• Design and deliver high-impact investment engagements, acting as a partner to shape solutions across various asset classes.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional deal teams involving senior management and product specialists.
• Own the end-to-end execution of complex client initiatives to ensure delivery excellence.
• Develop initiatives to improve the effectiveness and scalability of the Key Client platform.

Requirements

• Strong investment expertise across asset classes; CFA or CAIA qualification preferred.
• Proven experience working with UHNW or institutional clients in solution-driven environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trust with Relationship Managers.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Commercial mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
