What you will do

• Lead insight-based discovery to uncover operational bottlenecks and reframe urgency using the cost of inaction.
• Architect tailored solutions including scope, rollout approach, integration patterns, and security posture.
• Deliver high-impact demos and facilitate workshops to map outcomes to customer workflows (P2P, AP, S2P).
• Develop business cases focusing on labor productivity, cycle time reduction, and compliance improvements.
• Position the product against legacy vendors and fragmented stacks using an "exceptions-first" narrative.

Requirements

• 3–8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Presales, or ERP process consulting.
• Experience running Challenger-style insight-based discovery and quantifying impact.
• Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders such as CFOs and CIOs.
• Strong proficiency in workshop facilitation and storytelling through demos.
• Fluent in English and German (or another major European language).

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP (S/4, ECC, Cloud) or multi-ERP environments.
• Knowledge of finance processes: AP, invoice processing, S2P/P2P, and master data workflows.
• Experience competing against legacy vendors and patchwork software stacks.
