Technical Account Manager (IoT): Managing technical relationships for enterprise customers to ensure successful adoption of One Platform with an accent on technical consultancy, networking, and incident management. Location: Must be based in Romania (Remote or Hybrid in Bucharest)

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers managing up to 5,000 devices.
- Onboard Enterprise customers and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) including product roadmaps.
- Provide ad-hoc technical consultancy and guidance using expertise in MobiControl and One Platform.
- Oversee and manage Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) for Priority 1 cases to prevent future reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with back-end software development teams to provide feedback for product fixes and enhancements.
- Create and maintain business profiles, network diagrams, and technical knowledge base documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in advanced technical roles such as implementation specialist, technical support, or solutions architect.
- Fluency in French and Romanian is required.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, certificates, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and routing).
- Experience with Windows Server administration (LDAP/AD, services, and troubleshooting).
- Solid knowledge of Android, Apple, and Windows Operating Systems.
