What you will do

• Define and execute the analytics roadmap for the Marketing Analytics team.
• Partner with senior business and product leaders to guide measurement and tactical decision-making.
• Develop and coach a team of Data Scientists to deliver high-impact analytical work.
• Establish frameworks for marketing investment and monitor key performance indicators.
• Brainstorm and evaluate 0-to-1 growth investment opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation and shared success across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams of 5-10 direct reports.
• Proven track record in hiring and mentoring data science professionals.
• Expertise in SQL and statistical analysis using Python or R.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, attribution, and media mix modeling.
• Must be based in Germany, the UK, Finland, or Sweden.
