TL;DR

Media Insights & Analytics Lead (AdTech): Serving as the strategic architect for complex enterprise and Holdco partnerships with an accent on data-driven measurement and attribution frameworks. Location: Must be based in EMEA (ideally the UK or Ireland)

What you will do

  • Lead strategic discovery workshops to align client goals with long-term learning agendas.
  • Design and deliver custom measurement and attribution frameworks including MTA, MMM, and incrementality testing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, translating complex technical data into high-stakes business narratives.
  • Perform hands-on data modeling using SQL and BI tools to identify revenue gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Influence product and solutions teams by codifying regional measurement gaps into actionable feature requests.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Solutions, and Product to accelerate new business acquisition.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or insights roles within adtech, media, or digital marketing.
  • Must be based in EMEA (ideally the UK or Ireland).
  • Daily proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Deep experience navigating matrixed stakeholder structures of global agencies and multi-market environments.
  • Strong background in programmatic media measurement, attribution modeling, and the evolving identity landscape.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level marketing decision-makers.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Python or R.
  • Experience with offline-to-online measurement such as footfall attribution or sales matchbacks.
