What you will do
- Lead strategic discovery workshops to align client goals with long-term learning agendas.
- Design and deliver custom measurement and attribution frameworks including MTA, MMM, and incrementality testing.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, translating complex technical data into high-stakes business narratives.
- Perform hands-on data modeling using SQL and BI tools to identify revenue gaps and growth opportunities.
- Influence product and solutions teams by codifying regional measurement gaps into actionable feature requests.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Solutions, and Product to accelerate new business acquisition.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or insights roles within adtech, media, or digital marketing.
- Must be based in EMEA (ideally the UK or Ireland).
- Daily proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep experience navigating matrixed stakeholder structures of global agencies and multi-market environments.
- Strong background in programmatic media measurement, attribution modeling, and the evolving identity landscape.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level marketing decision-makers.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience with offline-to-online measurement such as footfall attribution or sales matchbacks.
