What you will do
- Lead research initiatives to identify and evaluate music catalogues for potential acquisition.
- Design and maintain data pipelines and analytical frameworks for sales and market performance.
- Develop predictive models to support catalogue valuation and strategic decision-making.
- Create data-rich presentations and dashboards to communicate market trends and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with EMEA Sales and Finance teams to provide input for annual planning and forecasting.
- Manage relationships with external research vendors for custom market studies.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, or Data Science.
- 3+ years of experience in data-driven research, analytics, or A&R.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Deep understanding of the global music industry, including royalty structures and IP rights.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Must be based in London or able to work from the office in a hybrid capacity.
