Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Henley-on-Thames, UK. The role follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Partner with EMEA Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to align analytics with commercial outcomes.
- Ground GTM strategy in evidence-based insights rather than assumptions.
- Optimize marketing spend, targeting, and client engagement through data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with advanced analytics teams to deploy forecasting and next-best-action logic.
- Manage agency deliverables, scopes, and timelines to ensure alignment with GTM priorities.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices across the region.
Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing Science.
- Proven experience in digital or marketing analytics, ideally within a B2B or client-centric environment.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Tableau, PowerBI, and AWS.
- Strong familiarity with GA360 and Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate data into decisions.
- Must be able to work from the Henley-on-Thames office at least four days per week.
