TL;DR

Manager, Marketing Analytics (Fintech): Steering EMEA go-to-market analytics to shape client engagement, spend allocation, and performance measurement with an accent on translating complex data into actionable commercial insights. Focus on building predictive models, optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies, and mentoring junior analysts to elevate regional analytics maturity.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Henley-on-Thames, UK. The role follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Partner with EMEA Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to align analytics with commercial outcomes.
  • Ground GTM strategy in evidence-based insights rather than assumptions.
  • Optimize marketing spend, targeting, and client engagement through data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with advanced analytics teams to deploy forecasting and next-best-action logic.
  • Manage agency deliverables, scopes, and timelines to ensure alignment with GTM priorities.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices across the region.

Requirements

  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing Science.
  • Proven experience in digital or marketing analytics, ideally within a B2B or client-centric environment.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Tableau, PowerBI, and AWS.
  • Strong familiarity with GA360 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate data into decisions.
  • Must be able to work from the Henley-on-Thames office at least four days per week.
