Account Executive (New Business) (SaaS): Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities for SaaS solutions with an accent on building a pipeline in the German mid-to-high-end commercial sector and owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Focus on prospecting, discovery calls, presenting and demoing solutions, and maintaining accurate CRM forecasting while meeting quarterly and annual targets.

What you will do

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
  • Develop pipeline from a new territory of German commercial prospects (mid to high-end)
  • Run discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points
  • Present and demo SaaS solutions with support from a Solution Consultant
  • Collaborate with BDRs and Marketing to generate leads and drive quality pipeline
  • Own the full sales cycle and maintain accurate forecasting in CRM to meet monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of new business sales experience with quota achievement
  • Experience selling software or solutions in a new business capacity
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or other SaaS-aligned sales methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
