What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market customers in the DACH region.
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business cases to stakeholders in Finance, HR, and IT.
- Contribute to the development of sales processes, playbooks, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure long-term customer value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Native German speaker with professional English proficiency.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Hubspot.
Nice to have
- Background in HR Tech, FinTech, or Expense Management.
- Experience selling across multiple European markets.
- Previous experience in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced sales professionals.
