What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market customers in the DACH region.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business cases to stakeholders in Finance, HR, and IT.
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes, playbooks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure long-term customer value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Native German speaker with professional English proficiency.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Hubspot.

Nice to have

  • Background in HR Tech, FinTech, or Expense Management.
  • Experience selling across multiple European markets.
  • Previous experience in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced sales professionals.
