What you will do

• Set the technical direction for business-critical projects, balancing speed, innovation, and reliability.
• Design and implement production-grade technical solutions with comprehensive architecture documentation.
• Define project roadmaps and oversee end-to-end delivery across multi-disciplinary workstreams.
• Lead technical scoping and feasibility studies for strategic customer engagements and sales opportunities.
• Manage relationships with demanding clients to align technical solutions with long-term commercial goals.
• Mentor data scientists and drive the adoption of best practices and robust technical processes.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least one machine learning domain and strong technical breadth across the data science landscape.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, including mentoring individuals and managing teams.
• Strong project management skills to translate complex, ill-defined problems into actionable workstreams.
• Ability to deliver innovative and practical outcomes under commercial pressure.
• Exceptional customer leadership skills and the ability to act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Based in London and eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).
