What you will do

• Work with structured and unstructured data to develop and analyze models using ML and AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Build and optimize AI applications with agentic patterns like tool use, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning.
• Apply evaluation frameworks, deploy models to production using MLOps, and stay current with emerging AI techniques.
• Translate business questions into data science approaches, identify AI opportunities, and scope projects.
• Communicate results and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders while guiding junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Analytics.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and predictive modelling.
• Exposure to Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering).
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Experience with real-world production data problems and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions including Agentic AI systems.
• Experience with MLOps practices and modern data engineering.
• Awareness of Responsible AI practices (bias, evaluation, safety).
