What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of significant and complex data science initiatives.
• Apply advanced machine learning and statistical modeling to generate actionable business insights.
• Define and uphold technical standards, architecture, and best practices across the team.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level data scientists to elevate overall technical capability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into robust technical requirements.
• Design frameworks to monitor and quantify the commercial impact of data science solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in data science with a proven track record of technical leadership.
• Exceptional proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Mastery of machine learning and statistical modeling, including deep learning architectures.
• Practical experience or capability in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to articulate complex technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
