What you will do

• Develop and scale product components that turn customer signals into actionable insights for LLM-driven marketing.
• Establish experimentation frameworks to test, measure, and prove the impact of new product features.
• Collaborate with engineering to productionize data workflows, ensuring system reliability and explainability.
• Partner with Product, CS, and Commercial teams to align data strategies with business outcomes.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in applied data science for product or marketing in consumer or SaaS environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with experience moving notebooks to production code.
• Hands-on expertise in feature engineering, propensity/uplift modeling, and model evaluation.
• Practical knowledge of data engineering practices including event schemas, orchestration, and data quality.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Vauxhall HQ in London.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM applications and agentic solutions.
• Knowledge of graph modeling, causal inference, or bandit algorithms.
• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, Looker, and AWS services (S3, Lambda).
• Experience designing model/metric endpoints using FastAPI or Flask.
