What you will do

• Architect, design, and deliver advanced AI and machine learning solutions.

Requirements

• Must have a 2.1 degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics or similar quantitative field.
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML models including time series, supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and LLMs.
• Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI.
• Expertise in data engineering for AI with large-scale, unstructured, and multimodal data.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, model interpretability, and ethical considerations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client project leadership and non-technical communication.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing junior team members.

Nice to have

• Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, fine-tuning or distillation of LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini).
• Knowledge of data storage for AI, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge graphs.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
• Familiarity with AI security, privacy, and compliance standards such as ISO42001.
