What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in Japan, developing deep insights into customer strategies and product roadmaps.
- Align QNX value propositions with customer platforms in industrial automation, robotics, and medical devices.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from identification through negotiation and revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Application Engineers, Customer Success, and R&D.
- Represent QNX as a trusted advisor at industry events and executive meetings across Japan.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Strategic or Global Account Manager managing complex, high-value enterprise accounts in Japan.
- Solid knowledge of the real-time embedded software market with domain expertise in industrial automation, robotics, or medical devices.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Demonstrated track record of consistent sales quota achievement and account expansion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent relevant experience.
