What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of three Financial Analysts to become strategic business partners.
• Manage, forecast, and optimize P&L across COGS (Cloud Hosting, CX, CS) and OpEx (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering).
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budget vs. actuals (BvA) variance analysis.
• Monitor critical SaaS KPIs including LTV:CAC, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Rule of 40.
• Partner with leadership in Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales to build headcount and spend models.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking.
• 1–2 years of experience directly managing or mentoring analysts.
• Deep understanding of SaaS accounting standards.
• Must be based in Ireland.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive Insights) and ERPs (NetSuite).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
