What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end RFP processes for Enterprise accounts, including technical and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate inputs from Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations to ensure technical coherence of the offer.
  • Manage the RFP calendar, run kick-off meetings, and track deadlines to ensure zero missed submissions.
  • Develop and maintain a standardized RFP knowledge library.
  • Implement AI tools and processes to improve response quality and delivery efficiency.
  • Provide competitive intelligence on how competitors respond to similar tenders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or bid management.
  • Proven track record with complex Enterprise RFPs (ideally with CAC40 or SBF120).
  • Full working proficiency in French and Advanced English.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, and monitoring.
  • Technical aptitude to master the product and translate it into compelling narratives.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience responding to private or public sector RFPs for insurance, benefits, or B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience in marketing with the ability to craft compelling messages supported by strong design skills.
