What you will do
- Lead the global go-to-market performance marketing strategy for a new ARPG title from pre-launch to global scale.
- Build and operate 's first User Acquisition (UA) pod in China.
- Define and execute UA strategies and methodologies to achieve aggressive growth and efficiency targets.
- Scale acquisition programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and other emerging platforms.
- Establish full-funnel measurement frameworks, including KPI definition, attribution strategy, and LTV modeling.
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar marketing budgets with a strict focus on ROI and long-term player value.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- 8+ years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience, preferably in mobile gaming or consumer apps.
- 4+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Experience working with Chinese gaming studios and deep knowledge of Asian and Global gaming markets.
- Proven success managing multi-million dollar budgets across major advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in attribution, incrementality testing, and performance forecasting.
Nice to have
- Experience in Midcore, RPG, or Strategy 4x mobile games.
- Preferred experience working with Western game publishers.
