What you will do

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Greater China territory.
• Localize global marketing materials and content for print and web platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and channel partners to align marketing activities with commercial goals.
• Generate compelling content and tools to influence key opinion leaders and industry experts.
• Organize and manage regional events, conferences, and webinars within budgetary scope.
• Conduct market research and provide competitive intelligence to global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science.
• 8+ years of marketing experience in a global biotech, life sciences, or medtech environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (oral and written).
• Strong understanding of genomics and NGS sequencing technology.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms like SFDC, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Must be eligible to work in China without visa sponsorship.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prior experience working with creative marketing agencies.
