What you will do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with local and global priorities.
- Build, scale, and actively engage the G fan community.
- Lead gaming partnerships and develop the esports ecosystem using G products.
- Strategize and execute immersive offline activations and flagship fan events.
- Manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and track performance KPIs to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams to drive campaign implementation.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in gaming marketing.
- Proven track record in managing gaming/entertainment partnerships, esports initiatives, or large-scale fan events.
- Strong understanding of local retail markets and consumer marketing.
- Expertise in partnership negotiation, event management, and community growth strategies.
- Excellent project management, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Must be based in Shanghai, China.
