Location: Hybrid in Shanghai, China. Candidates must be from Chinese-speaking regions (Greater China).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute community operation plans tailored to Chinese user behavior and platform cultures.
  • Manage official SNS channels including Bilibili, Weibo, Xiaoheihe, Rednote, QQ, and TapTap.
  • Plan and execute localized content, interactive events, and UGC activation programs.
  • Monitor VOC and community sentiment to provide actionable insights for development teams.
  • Build strategic partnerships with local creators and lead online/offline engagement events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, localization, and CS teams to improve player retention.

Requirements

  • Must be from Chinese-speaking regions (Greater China).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community/SNS operations within gaming or entertainment.
  • Proven experience operating Bilibili, Weibo, Xiaoheihe, Rednote, and QQ.
  • Deep understanding of the China gaming market and platform cultures.
  • Strong skills in VOC management and community issue response.
  • Passion for gaming and deep knowledge of community culture.

Nice to have

  • Experience in China game publishing or global game service operations.
  • Existing network of local Chinese creators and influencers.
  • Experience managing offline events, pop-up stores, and exhibitions in China.
  • Business-level communication skills in English or Korean.
