What you will do

• Hunt and develop Public Sector accounts including Central, Federal, and Local Government and Ministries.
• Convert prospects into sales by differentiating hirify.global's value proposition from the competition.
• Collaborate with System Engineers to create account strategies and deliver flawless product demonstrations.
• Partner with the channel to gain access to new accounts.
• Ensure operational excellence through forecast accuracy and SFDC pipeline development.

Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience with public tenders, procurement processes, and government frameworks is essential.
• Deep understanding of the public sector ecosystem and existing relationships with relevant partners.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Strong business acumen to act as a trusted advisor to CISOs regarding the security threat landscape.
• Proficiency in using SFDC, pricing, and other online tools effectively.
