What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas through strategic territory management.
  • Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and customer success to secure sales wins.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and opportunity plans from discovery to closing.
  • Engage strategically with business partners and marketing to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to influence business stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales hygiene within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in France.
  • Proven experience in managing complex B2B sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and act as a central point of contact for sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills for discovery calls and value proposition presentations.
  • Proficiency in competitive positioning against industry rivals like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for business purposes.
