What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas through strategic territory management.
- Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and customer success to secure sales wins.
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and opportunity plans from discovery to closing.
- Engage strategically with business partners and marketing to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to influence business stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales hygiene within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in France.
- Proven experience in managing complex B2B sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and act as a central point of contact for sales opportunities.
- Strong communication skills for discovery calls and value proposition presentations.
- Proficiency in competitive positioning against industry rivals like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for business purposes.
