What you will do

  • Participate in quarterly and annual strategic planning for the German sales organization.
  • Plan and direct sales activities including pipeline generation, forecasting, and customer relationship development.
  • Establish and monitor short-term and long-term sales goals, metrics, and quotas.
  • Identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities at the management level.
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate Regional Sales Managers to ensure team success.
  • Communicate corporate strategy and enable necessary resources for the German market.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Must be based in Germany
  • Proven experience in a first-line sales leadership role with people management responsibilities.
  • Strong network and experience within the German New Business market, specifically in the tech industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas in the German region.
  • Experience selling into Public Sector accounts.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and competitive market offerings.
  • Experience with target account selling and consultative sales techniques.
