What you'll do

• Define and execute platform strategy and roadmap for shared services, prioritizing based on feasibility, scalability, and impact.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for internal APIs, authentication, access control, and integrations.
• Partner with domain Product Managers and Platform Engineering to identify dependencies and design reusable services.
• Champion platform reliability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards like HIPAA.
• Conduct user research, customer interviews, and data analysis to understand needs across healthcare settings.
• Define KPIs for platform adoption, manage backlogs, and lead agile delivery with risk management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with background in distributed architecture and platform/infrastructure PM, ideally in SaaS, EMR, or healthcare
• Deep understanding of identity management, access control, event-driven architecture, and API design; comfortable in technical discussions.
• Experience translating technical concepts into business requirements and driving cross-domain initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions and governance frameworks balancing flexibility and consistency.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native microservices and multi-tenant SaaS.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ONC).
• Work in EHR/EMR or healthcare data ecosystems.
• AI/ML applications in healthcare.
• Hands-on experience with UX/engineering teams or software engineering background.
