What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases for benefits verification, prior authorization, and patient onboarding.
• Drive rapid experimentation by converting ideas into testable hypotheses and designing MVPs using LLM capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition and solution design to launch and iteration.
• Act as a bridge between business, clinical stakeholders, and technical AI/ML engineering teams.
• Embed AI into real-world workflows, ensuring human-in-the-loop controls and clinical appropriateness.
• Measure and scale operational efficiency, patient experience, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Strong healthcare domain experience, specifically in Pharmacy services, Payer, or PBM ecosystems.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven or AI-enabled products.
• Demonstrated ability to drive rapid experimentation and MVP delivery.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Prior Authorization (PA), Benefits Verification (BV), or patient onboarding workflows.
• Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI applications, and modern data stacks.
• Experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments.
