What you will do

• Lead solution analysis, design, and configuration for new client integrations and strategic recovery programs.
• Oversee build initiatives driven by host platform changes (Fiserv, VisionPLUS, GECOM) and cloud migrations.
• Implement and deploy application configurations for ledgering, accounting, payment posting, and reconciliation systems.
• Partner with Technology, Compliance, and Legal teams to enhance controls aligned with banking regulations.
• Conduct remediation analysis and validate implementation results to ensure accurate parsing and processing.
• Analyze downstream operational impacts of technology changes and recommend process redesigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of experience in a financial institution focusing on collections, recovery, or accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in complex solution analysis, design, and build roles with cross-functional impact.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Proficiency in process documentation using Visio and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Debt Manager (FitLogic or Blaze) and its upgrade processes.
• Working knowledge of FISERV application and end-to-end recovery technologies.
• Ability to develop and read queries in Postgres and Oracle DB.
• 3+ years of experience with ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) processes.
• Knowledge of Redshift’s replication editor application.
