Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Kennesaw, GA for a hybrid schedule (Tuesday & Wednesday on-site)

Salary: $57,100 - $97,500 USD

What you will do

• Evaluate and clarify stakeholder data requests to support operational needs.
• Compose, tune, and schedule database queries to monitor efile statuses and bank applications.
• Proactively identify and resolve delays or errors in internal and external vendor systems.
• Communicate with banks, the IRS, and state tax agencies to resolve outstanding data issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate operational reporting changes.
• Recommend system enhancements to reduce monitoring overhead and exceptions.

Requirements

• Must be able to complete approximately 2 weeks of on-site training in Kennesaw, GA.
• Must be able to adhere to a hybrid work schedule (Tuesday & Wednesday on-site).
• Proficiency in Oracle and MS SQL Server query syntax.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to document tribal knowledge into clear, actionable processes.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience in operational monitoring within financial or tax-related systems.
• Familiarity with support of SaaS operational environments.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or .Net.
• Experience with data visualization tools and reporting platforms.
