What you will do

• Assist project leads in conducting solution design workshops and preparing blueprint documentation.
• Configure and test workflows within the client database for various functional modules.
• Support clients during data gathering, user acceptance testing, and go-live phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet established timelines.
• Maintain accurate project tracking and billable utilization rates.
• Participate in personalized training to achieve Center of Excellence (COE) certification.

Requirements

• Fluent English required for professional communication.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in corporate treasury, TMS implementations, or professional services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to approach challenges with a critical, out-of-the-box mindset.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with TMS, FinTech, SaaS, or ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of Cash Management, FX Exposure, Hedge Accounting, or Risk Management.
• Technical proficiency in FTP, SQL, or Business Intelligence tools.
