What you will do

• Influence product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with leadership and market analysis.
• Own delivery of key investment capabilities including Order Management, Portfolio Management, and General Ledger/Accounting.
• Operate as the embedded Product Owner within Agile squads, driving sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with engineers and UX/UI designers to deliver scalable workflows and modern user interfaces.
• Author clear, actionable epics, user stories, and non-functional requirements (NFRs) using INVEST and MVP principles.
• Perform hands-on testing and bug documentation to ensure high product quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Product Owner in software product development.
• Required prior experience in fintech or asset management.
• Demonstrated success in Agile and Scrum environments supporting cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in writing technical and business user stories, epics, and NFRs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
