Procurement Analyst II (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from requirements gathering and supplier identification to award.
• Manage the contract renewal lifecycle, proactively surfacing risks and driving favorable outcomes.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and IT to align sourcing strategies with budget targets.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and streamline sourcing workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Hands-on experience running RFx processes for indirect or technology spend categories.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build cost models and translate data into recommendations.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Austin, TX.
