What you will do

• Develop and implement category strategies for professional services to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Manage procurement activities for Translation, Document & Data Retention, HR, Finance, and Legal services.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including the development of RFPs and RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements to ensure favorable commercial outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience developing category strategies and managing supplier relationships.
• Experience using procurement systems or sourcing tools such as SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and must be based in the United States.
