What you will do

• Drive sales and renewals for the Consumer Behavior Insights + Brand (CBI+B) scope, ensuring a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer industries, business models, and market clusters.
• Partner with Customer Success and other account leaders to develop and execute Account Plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and collect Voice of Customer feedback.
• Expand customer networks to identify and engage new budget holders.
• Escalate product needs and market trends related to CBI+B solutions to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 7-10+ years of professional experience in sales and deal-making.
• Solid expertise in the data analytics industry, specifically in Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitude studies, and Customer Experience.
• Proven experience working with FMCG clients.
• Strong understanding of market trends and their impact on customers.
• Ability to motivate teams and maintain high-performing client relationships.
