Focus on building customer value propositions, running sales campaigns, and maintaining accurate CRM pipelines in Salesforce while supporting on-site exhibition sales activities.

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts via digital, booth, sponsorship/advertisement, and fully integrated packages.
  • Sell to existing and lapsed customers, guide prospects through the buying process, and close new business opportunities.
  • Prospect and close new opportunities through cold calling and follow-up calling, using customer buying trends to shape sales plans.
  • Execute sales campaigns against accounts, products, and revenue targets in line with the sales plan.
  • Support on-site re-booking for existing customer accounts during the event.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, activity, and customer information in Salesforce and coordinate handover of sales requirements to Operations and Brand teams.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of sales/tele-sales experience with a proven sales track record (or a degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field).
  • Fluent English and Thai (speaking and writing) to proof-read sales materials, brochures, and promotional content.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; confident and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM is desired.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel.
