Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite at Ari Hills Office)

What you will do
- Lead and train sales team members to reach revenue quotas and performance targets.
- Generate new business through cold calling, industry networking, and market research.
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships by understanding their business strategies.
- Collaborate with event and marketing teams to develop attraction campaigns and manage floor plan availability.
- Manage sales contracts and customer requirements within Salesforce CRM.
- Support finance teams in payment collection and resolving outstanding debt.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales within the service industry.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
- Proven ability to lead a team and set sales goals.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
- Must be based in Bangkok and able to work onsite at the Ari Hills office.

- Experience or knowledge of the Event Organizer/Exhibition industry.
