Location: MA-Boston, 121 Seaport Blvd

Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 USD (annual base)

What you will do

  • Drive development and continuous optimization of the digital onboarding roadmap.
  • Lead technical execution of digital initiatives to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with commercial targets.
  • Evaluate and experiment with emerging technologies to support innovation and future business needs.
  • Partner with commercial product teams to translate business needs into actionable technical outcomes.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital programs, ensuring timely execution, quality, and scalability.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts; monitor delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technology discipline.
  • 10 years of experience leading complex projects or programs with a proven track record of commercial success.
  • 8 years of experience delivering large-scale global digital solutions.
  • 8 years of experience guiding delivery teams in building, testing, validating, and deploying digital solutions.
