What you will do

  • Own the full account strategy, growth execution, and P&L for a major TMT client.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities by delivering compelling pitches and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and engagement structures to ensure healthy margins and client value.
  • Drive client satisfaction by proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues.
  • Connect client decision-makers with internal practice leaders and technical talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across technology, marketing, and finance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client management or business development within data-driven marketing or analytics.
  • Minimum 5 years of focused experience in the TMT sector, specifically telecommunications and ISPs.
  • Deep understanding of telecom competitive dynamics, customer lifecycle, and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and expanding scope within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively from VP to C-suite levels.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
