TL;DR

Managing Director (HR Strategy & Transformation): Leading high-impact client engagements and driving business growth in HR and organizational transformation with an accent on financial outcomes, AI-enabled change, and executive-level advisory. Focus on originating senior-level relationships, mentoring consulting talent, and shaping the firm’s strategic capabilities in a competitive market.

Location: Must be based in New York with an on-site presence of 3 or more days per week.

Salary: $180,000–$250,000 per year (base salary).

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact client engagements at the executive level while serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders.
  • Advise CHROs and senior HR leaders on workforce transformation, operating model design, and HR technology.
  • Partner with CFOs to connect people strategy to financial outcomes, including workforce cost transparency and productivity.
  • Originate and grow senior-level client relationships to meet revenue targets through strategic account expansion.
  • Attract, mentor, and develop top consulting talent with a focus on delivery excellence.
  • Contribute to the firm’s market leadership through speaking engagements and industry participation.

Requirements

  • Must be currently based in New York with a strong local network of senior executive buyers.
  • 9+ years of consulting experience in business and HR transformation.
  • Proven track record of generating new client opportunities and leading complex engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a strong financial lens to HR and workforce strategy.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
