Location: Must be based in New York with an on-site presence of 3 or more days per week.
Salary: $180,000–$250,000 per year (base salary).

What you will do
- Lead high-impact client engagements at the executive level while serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders.
- Advise CHROs and senior HR leaders on workforce transformation, operating model design, and HR technology.
- Partner with CFOs to connect people strategy to financial outcomes, including workforce cost transparency and productivity.
- Originate and grow senior-level client relationships to meet revenue targets through strategic account expansion.
- Attract, mentor, and develop top consulting talent with a focus on delivery excellence.
- Contribute to the firm’s market leadership through speaking engagements and industry participation.
Requirements
- Must be currently based in New York with a strong local network of senior executive buyers.
- 9+ years of consulting experience in business and HR transformation.
- Proven track record of generating new client opportunities and leading complex engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to apply a strong financial lens to HR and workforce strategy.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
