What you will do

• Lead GTM technology assessments for PE-backed portfolio companies preparing for sale.
• Evaluate CRM, marketing automation, data architecture, RevOps maturity, and reporting integrity.
• Translate technical complexity into investor-relevant value drivers and risk mitigation themes for CIMs and buyer diligence.
• Standardize delivery playbooks and refine assessment frameworks to improve margin profiles.
• Support business development, proposal scoping, and relationship management with PE firms.
• Own revenue growth, gross margin performance, and P&L management for the GTM Advisory practice.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in technology consulting, private equity operations, investment banking tech diligence, or RevOps leadership.
• Proven experience interfacing with C-suite executives and investors.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to discuss value creation in EBITDA terms.
• Builder mindset with the ability to create structure and frameworks from scratch.
• Strong executive presence and structured thinking for synthesis and communication.
• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL
