What you will do
- Support Product Managers with discovery, definition, and delivery of banking and financial services product initiatives.
- Gather, document, and clarify business requirements with internal stakeholders, clients, operations, compliance, and engineering.
- Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.
- Work with engineering to translate business needs into clear, actionable delivery items and participate in agile ceremonies.
- Analyze banking, payments, accounts, onboarding, and client experience workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with testing/validation of new features and review product data, user feedback, operational issues, and support trends.
Requirements
- 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or a related STEM/commercially relevant field.
- Strong interest in FinTech, banking, payments, finance, and financial services products.
- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into clear requirements, user stories, and product outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and quality delivery.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of financial services/banking/payments/compliance/risk is beneficial (not essential).
